Advanced Amusements offers you 2 choices for your School Fete: a) Hire the rides outright and keep all the takings; or b) Work with us on a commission basis with no up front costs (conditions apply). Hiring Rides Outright If you wish to hire a selection of rides outright simply make a list of which rides you require and then call or email us, or fill in our online Enquiry Form, and we will get back to you with the cost of hiring the rides. Commission Basis - How It Works In our experience we have found that the best method is for the school to advertise an unlimited ride wristband for the children, with the price to be determined according to the package that is agreed on.

It is desirable for the wristbands to be advertised for sale at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the Fete and again up to one week prior, pre-sale wristbands being slightly cheaper to buy. They would then also be available for purchase on the day of the Fete but at a higher price, along with single ride tickets.

We supply you with a coupon receipt book that the committee uses when pre-selling the unlimited ride wristbands. On the day of the Fete the coupons are redeemed for a wristband which are to be attached by a committee member.

After we achieve a break even figure (this figure varies according to the package agreed on of course) the school retains 20% of the total money earned from the wristbands and tickets sold.

You also have the option to staff the ticket booth yourselves or we can supply experienced ticket sellers for the event.
